Half Hitch Studio - Macrame

Amy is the artist behind all the macrame and woven designs at Half Hitch Studio, a fiber arts business located in Kelowna, BC. They offer beautiful wall hangers, plant hangers, dogs leases, keychains, and tons of other accessories as well as custom orders ( including plant hammocks!) If you can dream it, Half Hitch Studio can make it.

Absolutely Knot Co. - Macrame

Jessie, the owner of Absolutely Knot Co., created her company to live out her creative dreams and share it with her community.  She has been passionate about creating from a young age, whether it is music, art, or poetry. She also loves the outdoors and is inspired through nature and hygge.  Hygge is a feeling of cozy contentment and well-being through enjoying the simple things in life.  Macrame, handmade pieces, and natural decor can help in facilitating this feeling within individuals.
Jessie is passionate about supporting local, ethical, and sustainable products, and sources local materials as much as possible and loves supporting her local boss babes!

Orchard Valley Soap Co. - Essential Oil

Orchard Valley Soap Co. was established in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in 1998. They make small batch soaps and natural skin care products with quality plant based materials. Using their premium essential oils, they make our unique Jungle Vibes Essential Oil blend, which is also part of our Natural Plant Care Mist.

You can find them at the Kelowna Farmers' and Crafter's Market, as well as Blue Ginger on Pandosy st., Pharmasave (near the airport), Home Again Consignment on Tutt st., and Okanagan College bookstore.

Tangled Rope Co. - Macrame

Tangled Rope Co. was created in 2017 by Kayla. Shortly after learning the art of macrame, Kayla developed a passion for creating a variety of wall hangings, plant hangers, and accessories. More recently, she has started to focus on more contemporary plant hangers using unique pieces of driftwood found throughout the Okanagan.

When this boss babe isn't working on macrame projects, she is busy being a mom to her son, fur family & plant babies, spending time with family & friends, and enjoying the outdoors.

not bad. - Ceramics

not bad. began as an organic collaboration between Kristy Sawatzky + Chloe Corbet; two best friends with a shared love of all things handmade. What started out as a meditative hobby soon evolved into a passion project that allowed not bad. to be involved in Kelowna's supportive community. The name not bad. suited the objects that flowed from the wheel, as they were often better than expected from two novice ceramicists, provoking the exclamation "not bad!". Thus the love child was born.
